Dan O’Leary and Honey Valley Beekeeping will be featured on Wisconsin Public Television’s weekly Emmy-nominated television program, Wisconsin Foodie. The show is set to air on Thursday January 14th, 2016 at 7:30pm on Wisconsin Public Television and Milwaukee Public Television.
The episode profiles Dan O’Leary and his holistic approach to beekeeping and honey farming. The show also profiles the Michael Fields Agricultural Institute, also located in East Troy, WI. Dan has been caring for the bees at Michael Fields for 15 years.
